Why Our Participants Never Look Back

At Veelox, we track a lot of metrics. Session duration. Environment complexity. Preference evolution rates. But the number we’re most proud of is one we didn’t plan for: a voluntary discontinuation rate of less than 0.003%.

Not low. Not declining. Approaching statistical zero.

What We Found

When we surveyed long-term participants — those who’ve been with LifeLight for over a year — we expected to hear about the technology. The immersive environments. The sensory fidelity.

Instead, what we heard was simpler and more profound: LifeLight feels like home.

Not a simulation of home. Not a recreation. Something better. A place built entirely around who you are, that adapts as you change, that never disappoints, never surprises you in ways you don’t want to be surprised.

The Data

  • Average satisfaction score: 99.97% (up from 99.91% last quarter)
  • Average daily session time: 18.4 hours (Infinite plan participants)
  • Participants who increased their plan tier: 67% within the first 6 months

The numbers speak for themselves. But if they don’t, our participants will. They always do.

What This Means

We built LifeLight to be the best experience platform in the world. What we didn’t expect was that for many participants, it would become the only experience that matters.

We consider that the strongest possible validation of the product.
