Open Positions
We're always looking for exceptional individuals. Most of our workforce is identified through our Early Development Program, but we occasionally welcome outside candidates with the right disposition.
Phader — Experience Systems Engineer
Monitor and optimize participant experiences in real time. You will ensure seamless sensory continuity across active sessions, troubleshoot anomalies in participant-generated environments, and maintain grid-level coherence. Requires completion of the Early Development Program or equivalent certification. Candidates identified before age 2 preferred.
Vedder — Participant Wellness Specialist
Ensure the physical health and safety of participants during active sessions. Responsibilities include vitals monitoring, nutritional delivery oversight, muscular atrophy prevention protocols, and post-session recovery support. Must be comfortable working with participants who are non-responsive for extended periods.
Senior Phader — Grid Operations Lead
Oversee grid stability across multiple facilities. Coordinate phader teams during peak usage events and manage failover protocols for uninterrupted participant experiences. Must hold green card authorization. Familiarity with origin-level security protocols a plus. Minimum 10 years of service required.
Director of Participant Acquisition
Drive growth in new participant onboarding across all territories. Develop outreach strategies, coordinate with municipal intake programs, and ensure a steady pipeline of new participants at all tier levels. Must believe deeply in the product. Personal LifeLight experience required — ideally ongoing.
Vedder — Extended Session Specialist
Dedicated care for Infinite plan participants. Manage transdermal nutrition delivery, waste processing systems, and long-duration physical monitoring for participants in continuous immersion. Comfort with 24+ hour shifts required. This role is ideal for vedders approaching transition age who want to make their remaining active years count.
