Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 1, 2026

Veelox, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us") is committed to transparency regarding data collection and use practices associated with the LifeLight Personal Experience Platform ("the Platform"). This Privacy Policy describes the categories of information we collect, how that information is used, and the rights available to Platform participants ("Participants"). By proceeding with neural calibration, you acknowledge and consent to the practices described herein.

1. Data We Collect

To deliver a seamless and deeply personalized experience, we collect the following categories of data from each Participant:

  • Biometric Data: Biological samples including subcutaneous blood draws, tissue markers, and metabolic indicators collected during registration and ongoing sessions.
  • Neural Data: Neural profiles, cognitive mapping data, conscious thoughts, subconscious associations, memories, preferences, fears, and desires as accessed during calibration and session activity.
  • Behavioral Data: Patterns of interaction, decision-making tendencies, emotional responses, and engagement metrics observed during active sessions.
  • Physical Health Metrics: Heart rate, respiratory function, neurological activity, metabolic data, and other physiological indicators monitored continuously during Platform use.
  • Session Data: Duration, frequency, experience content summaries, and environmental parameters for each session.

2. How We Use Your Data

Collected data is used for the following purposes:

  • Generation and delivery of personalized immersive experiences
  • Continuous improvement and optimization of the experience engine rendering pipeline
  • System calibration, Participant identification, and neural baseline updates
  • Research and development of next-generation experience capabilities, including sensory fidelity improvements, memory architecture indexing, and session persistence features
  • Internal red team and adversarial safety testing
  • Capability evaluation and benchmarking for new releases
  • Facility operations, staffing allocation, and resource planning across 800+ fulfillment centers
  • Safety monitoring, anomaly detection, and processing integrity validation
  • Training and evaluation of Company personnel, including phaders, vedders, and red team staff

3. Neural Data

Your neural profile is generated during initial calibration and updated continuously throughout each session. Neural data encompasses the full spectrum of cognitive activity, including conscious thought, subconscious association, memory recall, and emotional response. This data is proprietary to Veelox, Inc. and cannot be exported, transferred, or deleted. Neural profiles are essential to the integrity of the Adaptive Reality Engine and are maintained as permanent system assets.

4. Biometric Data

Biological samples collected during registration are retained indefinitely for system calibration and Participant identification purposes. Samples are stored in secure, climate-controlled facilities operated by Company personnel. Subsequent sessions reference existing biometric records; additional collection may occur if system recalibration is required. Biometric data is not returned to Participants upon discontinuation.

5. Session Recording

All experiences are monitored and may be recorded for quality assurance, safety, and research purposes. Monitoring is conducted in real time by authorized Company personnel (phaders) and via automated systems. Participants have no expectation of privacy within the experience environment. Recorded session data may be used for personnel training, system diagnostics, and the development of improved experience models. Veelox, Inc. retains sole discretion over the use and disposition of all recorded material.

6. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell your data. However, aggregated and anonymized engagement metrics may be shared with our board of directors for operational decision-making. De-identified data sets may be provided to Company-affiliated research divisions and Veelox Partners Program members — including Kersh Bionutrition (gloid formulation optimization), Eelong Biomechanics (cubicle hardware calibration), and Zadaa Power Systems (grid load modeling) — for the purpose of advancing Platform capabilities and infrastructure. No individually identifiable data is disclosed to external parties, except as required by the board of directors or as necessary for the continued operation of the Platform.

7. Data Retention

Your data is retained for the duration of your participation and for a period of no less than ninety-nine (99) years following discontinuation, should discontinuation occur. This retention period ensures ongoing system integrity, supports longitudinal research objectives, and preserves the accuracy of aggregate data models that may rely on historical Participant profiles. Data retained beyond the active participation period is maintained under the same security protocols as active Participant data.

8. Your Rights

Participants may request a summary of data categories collected by contacting their assigned vedder or the Participant Relations office. Summaries are provided in standardized format and do not include raw data, neural profiles, or biometric records. Deletion requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are typically denied in the interest of system integrity. Appeals may be submitted in writing but are not guaranteed a response. Veelox, Inc. reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, what constitutes a valid request.

9. Children and the Early Development Program

Our Early Development Program identifies candidates at a pre-verbal stage through proprietary screening methodologies conducted in partnership with participating institutions. Data collection for program participants begins at identification and continues throughout their tenure. Guardians are notified at the time of identification; continued enrollment constitutes consent. Early Development Program participants are subject to the same data collection, retention, and usage policies as all other Participants, with accommodations made for developmental stage as determined by Company medical personnel.

10. Security

Veelox, Inc. employs physical, technical, and administrative safeguards to protect Participant data. Security measures include biometric access controls, encrypted storage, continuous monitoring of data systems, dual-authorization protocols for architect-level access, and independent safety infrastructure (the alpha grid) that operates outside the main data architecture. Our internal red team conducts regular adversarial testing of all data systems. While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no system is entirely immune to disruption. Veelox, Inc. disclaims liability for data exposure resulting from system anomalies, unauthorized access, or events beyond the Company's reasonable control.

11. Responsible Data Governance

Veelox, Inc. is committed to responsible data practices as outlined in our published commitments. We conduct and publish safety evaluations before major capability releases. We maintain human oversight of all data processing involving active neural profiles. We do not use Participant data to develop capabilities that have not passed internal safety review. These commitments represent current operational intent. They do not constitute enforceable contractual obligations and may be revised at the Company's discretion.

12. Changes to This Policy

Veelox, Inc. reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Updated policies take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the Platform following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Participants will not receive individual notice of policy changes. It is Participant's responsibility to review this policy periodically.

13. Contact

For privacy inquiries, contact your assigned vedder or submit a request through the Participant Relations office at your nearest facility. Inquiries are processed in the order received. Response times vary based on facility staffing and operational priorities.
