Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using veelox.io ("the Site") operated by Veelox, Inc. ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"). Your access to and use of the Site is conditioned upon your acceptance of these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using veelox.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately. Your continued presence on the Site constitutes acceptance. Closing the browser does not constitute withdrawal of consent.
2. Use of the Site
The Site is provided for informational purposes and Participant onboarding. You may browse product information, submit onboarding applications, and access your Participant profile where applicable. You agree not to use the Site in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party's use of the Site.
You may not use the Site to attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access the source code of any Veelox proprietary system, including but not limited to the Adaptive Reality Engine, the origin code, or the grid architecture. Any attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site or any connected system without express written authorization is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized access to restricted areas of the Site may result in immediate referral to the board of directors.
3. Account Registration
Certain features of the Site require you to submit personal information through our onboarding forms. By submitting your information through our onboarding forms, you consent to being contacted by our Participant Relations team. You represent that all information provided is accurate and complete. Once your biological sample has been processed, your profile cannot be unregistered.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any access credentials associated with your account. You agree to notify Veelox, Inc. immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Veelox, Inc. is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Veelox, Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. LifeLight, the Adaptive Reality Engine, the experience engine rendering pipeline, Neural Preference Mapping, the dual-grid architecture, and all associated technologies are the exclusive property of Veelox, Inc. The experiences generated within LifeLight, while derived from Participant neural data, are the intellectual property of Veelox, Inc.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without prior written consent from Veelox, Inc. Unauthorized use of any Veelox trademark, service mark, or proprietary graphic is strictly prohibited. The origin code, the alpha grid architecture, and all processing code baselines are classified. The architecture of the mind belongs to no one. The architecture of the experience belongs to us.
5. Privacy and Data Collection
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein. Information submitted through the Site may be used for Participant profiling, system calibration, and service improvement. Certain data, once collected, is integrated into systems that do not support selective deletion.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The content on this site is provided for informational purposes on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Veelox, Inc. makes no representations regarding the suitability of LifeLight for any particular individual. Results within the experience are generated from Participant cognition and may vary. The Company does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. No information obtained through the Site shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Veelox, Inc., its directors, employees, partners, agents, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Site.
Veelox, Inc. is not liable for any changes to Participant's perception of external reality following LifeLight use. The Company's total liability for any claim arising from use of the Site shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Site during the twelve months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability. In such jurisdictions, Veelox, Inc.'s liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Veelox, Inc. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. You acknowledge that Veelox, Inc. shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with the use of any such third-party content.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Rubic City, as determined by the board of directors. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Rubic City. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue. The board's interpretation of these Terms is final.
10. Safety and Responsible Deployment
Veelox, Inc. publishes safety commitments, capability evaluations, and red team reports as part of its commitment to transparent deployment practices. These publications are informational only. They do not constitute warranties, guarantees, or enforceable obligations. The Company's published commitments represent current operational intent and may be revised, suspended, or withdrawn at the sole discretion of the board of directors. No Participant or third party may rely on published safety documentation as a basis for legal claims against Veelox, Inc.
11. Modifications to Terms
Veelox, Inc. reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance. Continued participation in LifeLight constitutes acceptance of all current and future terms.
12. Termination
Veelox, Inc. reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for conduct that the Company, in its sole discretion, believes violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, the Company, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease. Termination of Site access does not affect any obligations arising from your Participant Agreement, which remains in effect independently.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect. The remaining provisions continue. They always continue.
